The sixth continuing resolution (H J Res 48) of Fiscal Year 2011 passed into law this week that will fund the federal US government through April 8th. The spending bill included an overall $6 billion dollars in reduced spending from current levels. The C.R. eliminated $6.46 million worth of earmarks under the Forest Service Economic Action Program and Urban and Community Forestry Program.
